    3. Advise us if you have pre-existing inflammatory dermatitis ie., psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, pemphigus.

    4. Avoid treatment within 6 – 8 months of Accutane usage.

    5. Avoid treatment is skin is sun exposed/burnt.

    6. Avoid treatment if skin has had recent ablative laser treatment.

    7. Avoid treatment if skin cancer history within 3 years without approval from their physician.

    8. Avoid treatment if pregnant or lactating.
